2. Setup Fees and Monthly Subscription

Setup Fee:

A one-time setup fee applies to implement your account, configure AI call and chat systems, and integrate your calendar.

This fee is non-refundable once setup begins.

Monthly Subscription:

Our services are provided on a month-to-month basis commencing at the completion of your setup.

You can cancel at any time with at least 30 days’ notice.

Usage Fees (if applicable):

SMS or call usage beyond included limits may incur additional charges, billed monthly.


3. Messaging Consent

BlueStone may send messages including alerts, reminders, service updates, and relevant notifications.

Messages are sent in accordance with your interactions with our services.


4. Data Rates and Charges

Standard message and data rates may apply as per your mobile carrier. BlueStone is not responsible for carrier charges.


5. Opt-Out Instructions

You may stop receiving messages at any time by replying "STOP" to any SMS. This will unsubscribe you from all SMS communications from BlueStone.


6. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. It is available on our website and applies to all messaging services.


7. Message Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, BlueStone cannot guarantee messages will always be delivered without delays or failures due to network issues or device compatibility.


8. User Obligations

You agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with Australian law. You must not use our services to send illegal, offensive, or harassing messages.


9. Compliance with Australian Laws

Bluestone Systems services are provided in compliance with applicable Australian laws, including:

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with 30 days’ notice.

Setup fees are non-refundable, as they cover system setup, configuration, and implementation.

No additional lock-in or penalties apply.

Bluestone Systems may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated on our website or via direct messages where feasible.
